Sylvain is an Assistant Professor at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center where he started his lab in 2025. Prior to that, he received his PhD in Immunology from the Nantes University in France, working in Dr. Nathalie Labarriere lab developing TCR-T cell therapies for melanoma. He then pursued his postdoctoral training at the Hutch in Dr. Stanley Riddell lab, merging synthetic biology with T cell immunology to develop the Chimeric TCR platform. Big fan of Lego and surfing!
